Sweet escaping to the land where summer stays all year long! Even for just 3 short days, we managed to enjoy the most of every second we got here. We visited Bali for our friends wedding as well as celebrating our early anniversary trip.
Started our second day eating this healthy Nalu Bowls. Mavericks is Nalu Bowls original recipe made of acai blend topped with granola, bananas, strawberries, coconut flakes & honey which surprisingly tasted super good. We fancy the look of Nalu Bowls with its alluring Hawaiian inspired beach bar. Lovin' every detail!
Fried Pork with Sambal Matah is the bomb! Sambal Matah is Balinese famous raw sambal with lots of thinly sliced shallots. If you happen to be around Sunset road, be sure to stop by Warung Cahaya.
Made a quick stop at La Finca & La Laguna to take beautiful picutres of these whimsies cafes.
Headed over to our dinner reservation at Rayjin Teppanyaki Restaurant. Our favorite has always been the one and only, Garlic Rice. It's a well-seasoned garlicky fried rice. We ordered Beef Teppanyaki, Chicken Teriyaki, Yaki Udon and 2 large portion of garlic rice with no leftover. Insane! Say bye bye to weight loss.
This trip is probably the most relaxing holiday we've ever had. We've spent most of our travels exploring places & cafes every single day and we love the experiences to bits. That's our way of doing travels but this time we decided not to rush the day and made every second to the fullest. We spent half the day on the pool to just sit back and relax.
We then went out for dinner and passed by Gaya Gelato which we've heard so much about. All the rave reviews are justified! The best pistachio flavored gelato by far, everything else was super good too that we ordered the largest cup (500 gr) on a cold rainy day.
Till next time, Bali.
